1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and FOF Studio ("Studio", "we", "us", or "our") concerning your access to and use of our mobile applications, games, websites, and related software products.

By downloading, installing, accessing, or playing any FOF Studio title, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, all games, source code, databases, software, 3D models, graphics, animations, game audio, UI designs, trademarks, and logos (including the FOF Studio emblem) are the exclusive intellectual property of FOF Studio and are protected by international copyright and trademark laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and play our games solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment.

3. Prohibited User Conduct

When using our games or services, you agree NOT to:

• Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of any FOF Studio application.
• Use unauthorized exploits, cheats, automation scripts, bots, or third-party hacks.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based upon our game assets or intellectual property.

4. Virtual Goods & In-App Purchases

Our games may offer virtual currency, coins, vehicle upgrades, or cosmetic items for purchase using real money. All virtual items are licensed to you, not sold, and carry no real-world monetary value. In-app purchases are handled securely through Google Play Store or Apple App Store billing systems.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR GAMES AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. FOF STUDIO DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND UNINTERRUPTED AVAILABILITY.

IN NO EVENT SHALL FOF STUDIO BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE OUR GAMES.

7. Governing Law & Updates

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to digital software publishing. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our games after modifications indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
